MISSION ADVANCEMENT The Mission Advancement Office was previously the Development Office. This office exists to promote Northland Lutheran High School and build relationships with Associated, Supporting, and area congregations, Alumni and student families. Another reason this office exists is to encourage direct support for NLHS from individuals, congregations, and organizations. There are many ways you are able to support NLHS: o Through prayers to our Heavenly Father
o Through encouragement given to our students, faculty and staff
o Through encouragement given to potential students of NLHS
o Through the sharing of information about NLHS
o Through offerings that help NLHS continue to offer a Gospel based curriculum
o Through direct gifts and memorials
o Through Estate planning gifts
o Through matching gifts
In encouraging giving, the Mission Advancement Office will strive to encourage giving which reflects biblical principles of stewardship.
GOALS OF MISSION ADVANCEMENT:
1) Communicate the mission and vision of Northland Lutheran High School to individuals, congregations, and the community.
2) Connect with the alumni of NLHS.
3) Encourage God’s people to support the mission of NLHS through Christ-centered, Gospel motivated giving.
NORTHLAND LUTHERAN HIGH SCHOOL’S MISSION is to assist families and churches in discipling young people to live and share their faith in Jesus Christ.
NORTHLAND LUTHERAN HIGH SCHOOL’S VISION is to give students a place to grow and to become life-long learners by providing the highest quality Christian education in a Christian family atmosphere. Students are equipped to live and work successfully among the world with a Christ-like attitude compelled by Christ's love.
